you don't need to worry, i'm sure you don't punch like her, she punched the bag like she was thinking about how pretty she looks, i'm sure you punch the bag or an opponent like you want to knock their head clean off. this chick was standing there winging these pitty pat arm punches but had perfect make up and her hair wasn't even messed up. LOL, i gotta find that thread
