Great Hatton win, destroyed Kostya. Kostya best win was Judah and Mitchell pretty **** and lost to Vince Phillips in his prime

That doesn't make sense that sentence.

Why would he? He was 35 when he lost to Hatton and was already thinking about retirement. I don't think he would have boxed no after Hatton even if he won.

I disagree, if he had won, i'm sure a big money offer would have been waiting around the corner that would have been irresistable to turn down.

I would have loved to seen him tackle Mayweather, although to be fair, he seemed to be on the slide before the Hatton fight where Mayweather would have dominated him.

Kostya didn't even want the Hatton fight, his manager who was having financial difficulties signed for it and Kostya first heard about it through the media.

He would of had to fight Mayweather if he won, surely?.

kostya was a great fighter and a fave of mine

hatton low blowed him and basically turned it into a grappling match

prime kostya would have KO'd him

but yeah kostya did quit on his stool i dont know how a fighter could do that...i would always come out for the next round even if it killed me

I think so as well, Kostya didn't get a fair go that night. I think that's part of the reason why I was so happy when Mayweather KO'd Ricky last year.
