How many KG did you use for your curls for arms "biceps" at a certain age?
I am weak. I am 15 I do 5.5 kg curls about 4 sets of 15 :p

Hit a heavy bag. It will work your arms better than any weight will.

Lucky you. Many people find it hard once they peak to find any gains at all. :fing26:

I cant think of a specific number right now, though im working my arms tomorrow so i'll check then.

Its worth keeping in mind that for strong arms you need to focus on your tricep as much as, if not more, than your bicep. It accounts for 2/3rds of the mass of your upper arm after all ..

when i was 16 i was curling a max of 130 pounds..but i was lifting for quite a while to get there..now i cut down alot, almost all of my routines are circuit training which ill use about 35 lbs and do 30 reps each arm, different days ill do different types/hammer/reverse..seated..so on

Nah I didnt mean that literally i just meant it seems like biceps and triceps are the easiest things to gain on, not every week maybe every 3 or 4 weeks i go up in weight on curls

Almost every weight lifting exercise that can be done involve arms in some way so they get more workouts then any other muscle

13 and curling 40kg?? Maybe one curl, but you don't rep that much at your age, no way.

keep in mind curls are an isolation exercise, they arent that important for overall strength. You will want to worry about your pull ups, lat pull downs ect more.

for curls try different variations, things like cable curls or preacher curls in addition to the normal db curls and db hammer curls.
