Bendigo 09-16-2008, 05:08 PM You can buy stand-alone anchors which are filled with sand: http://www.everlast.com/everlast-double-end-bag-anchor-unfilled-.html http://store.titleboxing.com/ba-s.html http://www.lonsdaleboxing.co.uk/store/gbu0-prodshow/L148.html http://www.lonsdaleboxing.co.uk/store/gbu0-prodshow/L149.html Best of luck! smash ko 09-16-2008, 05:13 PM ok thaks they look good this is the ball http://www.ukfitnesssupplies.co.uk/mall/productpage.cfm/UKFitnessSuppliesLtd/L81/65347 would a 8kg kettlebell do? Well, if you have the kettlebell handy, go ahead and give it a shot. If you like it, use it. But it seems to me that a kettlebell is too round and top-heavy to give you any kind of stable support when you're wailing away on the double end bag. smash ko 09-16-2008, 05:19 PM maybe two/3 8kg kettlebells u get 3 or 2 i think but im strap for cash i dont know Equilibrium 09-16-2008, 05:57 PM For the one i have here at home i used 2 25 pounds weight plates, tied it to that, doesn't move at all. Alexis Vastine 09-16-2008, 07:15 PM You can tie it to a dumb bell weight. Best peice of equipment in the gym is the floor to ceiling ball. People who don't like it have **** timing and are ****! |
