If you can get to it. Open it up so you can grab the squirrel cage. Turn it on and spin it by hand. the bearing may be dirty. If it starts to work after that spray it with WD-40. I disconected it and the power cables had a lot of carbon on the ends so i cleaned the contacts and sprayed the cage and it fired right up. |
