I lose my Training Journal in the change over!

that was over 250 posts.


anyway!


Today Edson kicked the ever living **** out of me.


to start the story we have 2 guys from Japan trainin with us for a couple weeks.

Edson askes the some questions and comes to me and says, hey say this to them (says some japanese) I tell him no cause it prolly means some bull**** that will be me dissing myself.

He tells me it means "i smell like ****" so i told him that i wouldn't say it.

he syas you say it or you fight me.

i said ok, and i drop to my guard and we start fighting.

just grappling at first then the ****er starts hitting me.

he is pullin some dirty ass **** like putting his boney ass shin across my throat and sittin all his weight and ****.

we are rolling around he starts pummeling me, i go for knee bars and heel hooks and i almost have a couple of him but no he gets out.

then he starts talkin ****, callin me a punk and ****, etc... he gets me in a position where my arms are trapped and i'm being choked out and i'm like **** this guy, i aint tappin and i just keep gettin less and less air. i'm weezing and he is doin nothin but hittin me. tellin me **** like "you either say what i told you to say or yo ugo to sleep" so i told him to go **** himself. as i was about to pass out, i tap and he didn't stop chokin me, them right before i go under he stops and i start commin to and wake up with an elbow to the spine. they he starts talkin **** "you, a Jiu-Jitsu man taps out to that shame on you"

he gets me in a reverse triangle and has my hands trapped again, so i knee him. he goes "oh you wanna strike now!" and starts pounding me out. I was like "whats the diffenece? you been hittin me for the last 15 min!" now he is elbowing my thighs drillin me in the stomach, elbowing me in the spine punchin the **** out of me, etc..

they he starts talkin to other people and laughing, I got pretty pissed, i squeeze my body around and pick him up determined to powerbomb him on the tile. i lose my footing and get dropped on the matt, landin on my banged up hip. he starts to choke me, and i yell "****" he goes what oyu hurt now? "I told him to go **** himself."

he stopped beatin me up and gets a big smile all like, "thats my future blue belt, you did a good job"

I'm layin there tryin to breath, Ranoto comes up concerned liek you ok? i was like yeah i just gotta catch my breath. He looked pretty concerned.

i caught my breath and went and did muay thai.

when i was leaving he goes, ehh you OK? I said i'm fine but next time he aint gonna be the only on throwin blows. I told him he doesn't hit hard enough.

I swear to ****in jesus i'm gonna pound his ass out next chance i get. choke me out, cool. I'm gonna **** him up i swear to god. its cool go to sweep me, my right hand is gonna put your jaw out!

man i had dudes all over like your a pimp you weren't givin in for ****, etc.. etc.. i'd of given up a long time ago..... i was like whatever. those driveless *******.

went to bloquao and didn't do anything.

then i grappled with Jeff Monson. and i will say of everyone i've ever grappled he has the most dominany positioning.

you cannot move at all. the man is unreal.


then i rolled with some dude who moved here form Renzo's school in Jersy. He has been trainin like 5 years, i almost tapped him a couple times but he beat me overall.

then muay thai. man we did MAD combo's. I was tearin it up hardcore. we worked elbows and ****. those things are diesel!

combos of today,

L jab - R Straight - L hook - clinch - 4 knees - push off clinch - right hand / right elbow.

R straight - L leg kick - R Staright - L hook - R straight

I wouldn't slam a black belt in training. Some of them take it pretty far after that.

I didn't have class this mornin so i went to boxing.

did like 6 rounds of slipping drills a coupld rounds of pads a couple rounds on the bag

then weights

i started the bzob weight program.

I did (all with dumbells)

3x 35/40/45 flat bench
3x 35/30/30 inclince bench
3x 30/25/25 military press
3x 40/45/50 shoulder shrugs
abs
100 crunches
50 left foot on right knee crunches
50 left foot on right knee bring to chest
50 right foot on left knee crunches

i bought 5 lbs of pina colada protein
i got some flax seed oil and a free sample of these mints that has ephedra in them, they taste good till you get to the ephedra.. then its all eeewwwwy.

i'm buzzlin like a mother ****er of fof these things.

I was out at a movie, but here is what i did when i got home from work at 7:30.

2 circuits of

300 crunches ()gave up on goin till failure)
50 folded knee raises L over R
50 folded knee raises R over L
50 knee raises
50 side crunches L (on 2nd circuit did R elbow to L knee crunches)
50 side crunches R (on 2nd circuit did L elbow to R knee crunches)

anything else you think i should add?
I was thinkin weighted side bends but i left my weights at my dad's

Training this afternoon was run by Marcello Silviera.

Whenever he runs training be prepaired for exaustion!

we did so much **** no breaks, no rest, no water.

3 rnds jump rope

runnin / inside stepping and whenever someone ****ed up the flow BOOM PUSH UPS! we only did like 30 pushups but in progressively exhausted states.

cirlce marcello high knees sprawls LOTS OF SPRAWLS punching sprawling etc.. etc..

5 min wall work (get of fthe wall keep partner on the wall etc..)

5 min bag work (3-4 people per bag at once)

5 min rounds at 75% pancration style (he was like just mark the person not hard hits etc... apparently i'm the only person that knows what light hits means. and by the time i realized they wanted to get rough i was against the wall. oh well.)

MORE RUNNING! as the runnign went on he would call people out of line to go in someone's guard and work from there.

Guard work (who knows how long) I had no partner cause there was an odd number of guys so Carlao came in and partnered up with me (Thanks Carlos) he hit me alot. i dunno if i swept him at all.

then guard work with me on top Carlos had no head gear so i didn't hit him in the face

I have been eatin like **** for 4 days cause i'm stressed about tests and stuff, and i cannot train cause i'm sick.

I trained a bit today.

It wasn't at ATT it was with my schools Judo Club.

I didn't wanan risk gettin any of my normal trainin partners sick so i went to say hi to some old friends at the judo club.

man let me tell you what i found out...

1) a respiratory infection really ****s up your cardio
2) taking a week off along with a respiratory infection doesn't help your cardio either
3) The new Judo Instructor knew every grappling teacher in the area
4)A solid Judo teacher that has a heavy interest in the BJJ kid showing the class what he knows could be a strong rival at a tournament, if he got a BJJ guy in there regularly (which aint gonna be me)



Things i need to work on...

I need to get my cardio back BIG TIME, i should be running and doin double time in the gym.

I need to improve my game big time especially my escapes from sidemount and scarfhold.

my subs are my strength, my positions are my weakness....must work position!!!

I am not allowed to train for a while now.

I elevated my leg last night when i slept so my knee looked propper normal and so I went in to today and trained.

my knee was tender as ****, a 1/4 way through training i noticed my knee getting bigger.

I still tapped out a bluebelt another dude that i dunno but he has been there alot longer than me and an old guy.

I then asked Alex (the team manager) where i can go to get my knee drained, he looked at it, poked around and teold me i'm not allowed to train for a while but i can still do weights.

**** **** **** **** **** **** ****!!!!!!

I felt a good burn after this workout, very little sweat (prolly cause my room is frezzeing) but my abs still hurt a lil bit and for my the pain typically goes away as soon as i finish. Mabye i should do this in the mornin more often.

Today was my first day back at training hard.

I did Muay Thai and holy god does respiratory infection **** up your cardio!

I gotta work on my left kick cause well it sucks!

we trained so hard (or mabye cause it was my lack of trainin in the recent weeks) that i felt like i was gonna puke. It was horrible.



Then at 3 o'clock i went and di shoulders and traps

Got off to a bad start was gonna get up at 7:30 but i have bad luck with 7:30 my alarm never goes off.

so i get woked up at 8:50 **** no calisthenics i nthe mornin but i got time for breakfast so i go get breakfast egg whites 2 eggs whole wheat toast and some grapes

go to class just got back from class and did:

I'm really likin this Lipo 6 stuff right now, and would suggest it to anyone. it keps me up and energetic and i feel happy! I'm likin it.

We wroked this crazy swep from 1/2 guard where you go between the persons legs and you can roll them no matter how they sit.

Sat mornin trainin -

this was my first real day back since i messed up my knee. and man was it intense! I can still feel the affects of my respiratory infection and i do not like it.


i rolled 10 min non stop with Dan. he is a strong man! I almost got a triangle in the beginning but then i was dominated.

I like training submissions when clean is watching he yells at you to work and that helps me when i'm on the bottom.

he was telling me "do not accept the position fight out of it!" "BUST EXPLODE! TAKE THE POSTITION YOU WANT DO NOT SETTLE!" this is what i like to hear as opposed ot another one of my trainers that just says "your letting me down get out of there" and if i get stuck leaves the mat.

then 2 hours of Muay Thai! MAN! WOOOOO!!!

started off with 3 rounds shadow boxing. not to bed but i was pretty tired form gettin worked in JJ by dan so i took it kinda easy.

then we knee walked for a couple rounds then we went right into light sparring.

you thow on pads and glowes and you work your technique and combo's is a fight like format. I find it to be very beneficial.

I unfortunately came off to a slow start getting hit alot (i expected this isnce i had not practiced ina couple weeks). It took me like 3 rounds to get back in the groove of things and even then i was slightly out of it.

i started throwin mad combo and getin into it and when iw as agressive i did pretty good. but i wasn't agressive enough. i'm such a puss. I freeze up when people throw blows at me. (that needs to be worked on)

I did a few rounds with Aaron Riley (he fought Lawler in the UFC) did a ccouple rounds with Pitbull a couple with out trainer (I know his name is Chris but i'm not sure on his last name I think its Van Fleet he is from france) and a couple with Jon Hartnet form MMAweekly.

then we finished off with 50 fast kicks from each leg to the pads, it doesn't sound like much but your **** is BURNIN afterward.

then 150 crunches and 200 pushups

it was a good mornin.

I lost about 5 lbs over the week

monday - 220lbs
sat (mornin pre training) 214.2 lbs

my bad knee felt good today and i went knee to knee with my other knee and so i'm gonna ice that but i should be OK

Edson told me i will get my blue belt on the 11th.

The 1/2 guard sweeps we have been doin RULE!

I do not think i want my blue belt yet. untill i dominate everyone in the blue belt division i do not want it.

I mean i haven't even won a beginner bracket yet, do i really deserve a blue belt?

I feel that i do not want the blue till i should have the purple. am i wrong in this?

also it would be 6 days before the florida state championships so i would be a 6 day blue belt fightin guys that have been blues for months to years.

do i need all this stress. **** i don't even know if i can do the tournie but i'm already stressing.

Trust your instructor. If he says you're a blue then you're a blue. Do the tourny, it will only make you better!

Man, I trained to day and talked to Carlos, and i reflected, mabye i have earned my blue belt. I'm happy that i'm getting it.

I got ff work early and rushed through dinner to get tot he gym early

i got there and did 3 rounds sparring (boxing) and my slipping is ALOT better but my connecting with strikes sucks.

anyway an hour or so late when BJJ started I had to **** so bad i couldn't perform so i went home.

I tapped some kid out with an armbar from bottom half guard in 19 sec. it was nice, i gave him a bloody nose at the same time.

FIRST DAY BAC AT NHB PRACTICE!!!!!

I had no school today so i went to morning NHB training. WOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!

I've missed this so much!

lots of runnin (i hate runnin)
worked swimming

wall/corner controll drills
3 min at 50% defending
3 min running
3 min at 50% agressing

3 min all out defending
3 min running
3 min all out agressing

running with sudden stopping and throwing combos and sprawling

shot lift sprawl punch drills (2 partners 1 shoots lifts 2, 2 shoots lifts 1 both sprawl get up throw 4 punches repeat)

MORE RUNNING!!!

form circle side step around in circles 1 man goes in 10 fast hard sprawls everyone counts off (i went last of like 15-20 guys)

then situps - I must have done over 700 crunches i was the last of the line you do crunches when pointed at you climb a rope then your done, i was last i wasn't even told to clime the rope i stayed and did pushups for god knows how long cause i wasn't told to stop i seriously did an extra 250 situps EASY then i was just like **** THIS and got up


best part of training I got a chiropractor adjustment THANK YOU WHATEVER GOD THERE IS!

I was gonna stay and do some MT but i was hungy and i will be back for afternoon trainin later today.

started anew today.

6:30am woke up. (I planned on wakin up at 6 but it was dark so i went back to sleep, unfortunately my roomates snoring penetrates throught my earplugs now so i was up at 6:30am)

I was out he door by 7am

slow jog to parking garage (1/8th mile)

let me tell you GO RUNNING AT NIGHT!!!!

Iike 50 deg F outside. I threw on my hoodie and went runnin.

i went to the parking grage about 1/4 mile from my dorm.

I jogged there to warm up.

as soon as i got there I did the stairs all 5 floors up and down.

then i ran up the ramps from the first to the 5th floor then back down. (Its quite a large garadge. I would equate 1 floor to 1 lap on a track so 4 floors would be a mile. )

then did the stairs again. by this point i felt pretty tired since i do not run often. I then attempted to run all 5 floors again. i made it up 2 1/2 before i became winded. I then forced myself to finish the rest of the 3rd floor. i then started to jog at a walking pace stopping every few feet to throe a 3 - 6 punch combination.
When i go to the top i ran the steps down to the first floor and jogged home.

I feel quite good.

opinions on this?
should i be able to do the garage 2 times without a problem?
i want to do more stairs, good idea?

today was my first real day at bloquao (NHB trainin)

we sparred - MMA gloves, shin guards (on some) and headgear.

I faught tiburon and my MT instructor.

I had a blast. I realized i had been psyching myself out for no reason prior to today.

the trainers said i did very good.

I am happy with how i did but need to work on fighting under pressure.

i train wonderfully but when fists are commin at my face its a completely different story.

i got kicked in the ass so hard i have a dead ass (like a dead leg but on my ass)

tomarrow i corner 2 of out MT guys at fast and the fearless 3 in south beach and then hopefully head up to orlando to watch Glenn fight at WEF.

MOTHER ****ER!! let me tell you.

I had a ****in BLAST today at training.

well the mornin was nothin special the Japanese guys were there filming Din so we just played for the Camra but this afternoon was ****in great!

only like 9 guys were there. We did a pretty intense NHB training.

The whole time was one man down (like inviting into guard) and the other was standing.

Standing man was to attack to pass or kick and punch and keep the man down (ala Sakuraba)

This was the best time I've ever had. I think i kinda zoned cause i did really good (I was told) after my first 5 min.

I guess it clicked and i was ****in ready to go.

I found out GnP inside a closed guard is harder than i thought. I also realize that getting a submission openeing and escaping a submission is easier with strikes allowed.

I had a****in BLAST, it was so great!

p.s. Hermes is the slickest mother ****er. I now have no doubt in my mind AT ALL that he can house anyone in 155. ****IN SICK!


p.p.s. Jeff Monson hit me so hard that i smelled a different smell, like my sinus's freaked out.

p.p.p.s. The trainers (Liborio and Marcello) said I showed alot today and I might have oppened some eyes. Like they might not have thought i was as far along as I am. I got a couple compliments after training.

ok before i started losing weight and smoking on ocassion when i would be sitting or rolling and i stood up i would get a serious head rush.

that went away as i started losing weight and quit smokin.

anyway, i started takin ephedrine like 4 days ago and just today after trainin semi hard in the mornin and training very hard in the afternoon i stood up and got a serious head rush almost dizzying.

could this be from the ephedrine? would it be a negative affect on my heart?

or is this just a coincidence?

anything else it could possibly be?

first, I'm glad you finally got hit hard so that you won't be jumpy when the punches are coming at you like you posted earlier.

I can't tell you how lucky you are to train with these guys. If they can't make you a fighter no one can. I would love to have a place like that here.

If you're having fun while training then it's obvious you want it. I can tell a difference between this journal and your last one.
The last one you never sounded like you enjoyed what you were learning and you always seemed confused. These guys have you focused and on the right track.

i woke up today and was exhausted so i went back to sleep for another hour.

woke up at 11am (when i was sapposed to be at the gym boxing)

and left for the gym at 11:30 (to catch the 12pm class)

i got there and there was no boxing class goin on but the MT coach was there.

I I jumped into the MT lesson.

Everything we did I didn't feel was clicking at all, i was just so frustrated and unhappy with my performance.

I couldn't get my kicks to land on my shin where I wanted (even tho coach said they were i couldn't feel the impact on my shin)

i was just so frustrated.

I couldn't get my left kick up to thead hight, i wasn;t pivoting on my toes i wasn't turning enough. my right straight felt weak.

I was a ****in mess (in my own head)


and now i think i gotta miss afternoon practice cause my mom and grama want me over for dinner.

today i trained hard!

went pretty hard with Hermes. my whole goal was to not let him take me down and put me in a non-dominant position.


I know i have to work on not hesitating and to just go for it.

like i told the guys i cornered. "if you think its open it prolly is so take advantage of it. don't think react."

i then had to keep pitbull pasified in my 1/2 mount
i did pretty well. then he got me in a ****in omoplatta (i didn't tap but he swept me) I was to concentrated on holding that i didn't think about the sub.

great ****in day.

3rd round i get caught with a job and i'm steppin back (i should have been cutting to the side i know that) and he rockets in a ****in right hook then a jab then a straight right and WAMMO i'm ****in rocked like a mother****er. i'm all against the wall holding my head and ****. i shake it off for a second and get up to walk back into where we were sparring at. the guys say sit down relax.
i'm so furrious with myself i cannot relax its rediculous. like a moron 2 roudns later i get back in i too ka right hook to the nexk and my whole left side of my head started hurting especially around my temple. after the round ended i called it quits on sparring and went to the bag.

i'm tryin to figure out where the holesi n my striking are. i mean i know i turned away after i got stuck and thats my fault but i keep takin shots and i cannot figure out why.

i hit the bag for like 4 rounds. figuring out my range for my right straight better.

then i went to shadow boxing and just kept cut stepping and side stepping and working horizontal movement for another 4.

i'm so furious with myself its rediculous. i'm shaking with anger. its rediculous.

this cannot be the start of my new year. my year cannot go like this. it will not go like this.

everyone is all like "this **** happens" your ****in wrong. this **** wil lnot happen to me EVER again.


I understand i'ma perfectionist and i demand more from myself than anyone around me ever will. but this is rediculous. i never should have let that happen to me.

Jorge Santiago KO'd me. well i dunno if it was a straight up KO but definately at least a flash KO if not just severely rocked.

I get the **** beat out of me everytime I spar my instructor and I know he is not even trying real hard.
Ben you will only improve. You train with some of the best and one day you will be the guy knocking people out and you will be the pro so just don't let this **** get to you and kepp training hard.

i expect my form to be prefect all the time. i expect never to be hit.

i expect 1 punch KO's every time i throw down.

i do not tolerate failure (in myself) I know what i'm capable of, i just haven't achieved it yet and that drives me mad.

as if the morning KO wasn't bad enough.

i climbed a 40 foot rope at practice this afternoon and before i reached the top (about 38 feet) i lost my footing and slip down it completely ripping my hand up to ****.

my middle finger on my right hand is missing the entire finger print area down atleast 4-5 layers of skin.

my palm and thumb are not that bad.

on my left hand my middle finger is pretty ****ed up but not as bad as my right middle finger and my ringer finger is not that bad.


my god does this hurt tho!

Expect alot of yourself, including failure, it's how we learn. But the 1 punch KO thing has go to go, you think the best boxers or kickboxers are looking for the one punch KO? Those guys are 1 in a million, and they lose to. If Mirko would've threw combos against Nog instead of left high kicks and straight lefts he might've won. Work your defense, expecting not to get hit is great, but work on combos and forget one punch ko's.

Not all of a combo is gonna land 99% of the time. But as your timing, accuracy, speed and power improve your combos will get better and more shots will get through, and it's the 4 and 5 punch/kick combos that are gonna knock people the **** out.

i cannot use my hands really but i have decided to make the best of it.

i left work and went to watch BJJ class.

i stayed for 15 - 20 min just to show my face and all.

i got home telling myself i was gonna run but once i saw all the people moved back on campus i pussed out. (I feel like such a moron when i go running)

so i just did my post running thing.

basically 20 min circuit or nothing in particular.

today i did:

5 min shadow box
25 squats
25 left lunging squats
25 right lunging squats
50 high situps
100 hard crunches (which hurts so ****in much after the situps)
25 knee curls
25 Right leg crossed knee curls (to focus on the left side)
25 left leg crossed knee curls (to focus on the right side)
(i find the crossed legged knee curls to be more strenuous and thus i feel they work more)
25 hip ups (lie flat back, bring your legs up straight so your like an L and using only your abs (as much as possible) lift your lower back/hips off the ground thrusting your legs into the air.)
15 closed elbows pushups (i could not do anymore since my finger started to bleed through the cover due to the pressure placed on it)
100 twists (broom stick/barbell across shoulders, clench abs twist left then right count 1)
100 weighted side bends (i only had 3 lbs weights so i tightened my abs and used that as resistance.)

10 flights of stairs (5 flights x 2 times) (goal: 25 flights)

on a 1-10 scale i would give this an 8 i think i could have done 1 or 2 more sets on the stairs but gave up when my legs turned to jelly.

got home 8:55

50 high situps
150 hard crunches (all abs! oh the pain!)
30 close pushups
100 short pushups

man stamina has never really been a problem for me except when punching (and only punching) the pads. I can kick for days but punching gets me tired. I don't stop but i start to feel lazy i think i hold my breath.

i also feel like i cheat myself when i run cause i hate running and i feel like people are lookin at me so i do not push myself 100% all the time. like i'll sprint 100% and then walk at 25% then jogg at 60% then sprint. and i feel like i cheat. i would rather run at 75% all the time and spring the occasional 100%.

stairs i try to go all out on all the time but i can only do that for 2 or 3 sets of 5 flights tops. then i gotta take a slower set.

as foot situps. if my teeth aren't gritting and me feeling like my abs are so tight i;m gonna **** then i do not feel finished.

when you breath make sure you breath in through your nose , as your breathing in your belly should be pushing out and breath out through your mouth and you stomach retracts.

Breathing is one of the most important things a fighter must know.
Not too many people emphasize proper breathing - big mistake

It slowed me down but i kept sprinting every 1/2 lap till the top of the garadge. then jogged and walked down the rest of the way. I went ot try and do stairs after and i could only walk up them. my left thigh hurts.

150 hard crunches (all abs! oh the pain!)

I had a ****ing emotional breakdown in the middle of training today.

I got no idea!

At the moment i have a ****ed ankle from some ******* who has a problem losing to guys with less experience.

I got a ****ed knee

and 2-4 bruised/broke/cracked/sore/etc.... ribs.

and i was training with a purple belt that i could swear didn't know a ****ing single thing he was ****in doing.

on sit outs he nearly broke my ****ing shoulders!

i couldn't do anything, **** i've been doing forever i couldn't do right. i didn't knwo what was goin on.

as we were finishing up positions i felt like i was gonna break down and cry.

i dunno what the **** is goin on in my god damn head!??!

JZ looked at me and goes "man are you sick? you normally look bad but today you look much worse."

I went to say my goodbyes to Liborio and Carlao and **** bro they just picked it right the **** up. i couldn't even say goodbye i was melting inside.

I'm ****in blank brained, hurt like hell, I got no ****in clue whats goin on.

wrestling live goes for like 30 min. I was goin with the prep school team and i was smokin them. a great ego boost.

then Marcel asked me to train vale tudo with him.

Today was MMA sparring. I will not say what we did but i will say it was ****ing great.

I trained with Hermes for 12 min and it rocked.

I can assure everyone that he hits hard as ****, let it be known.

I went rounds with Pitbull, Marcell, Shrimp, and some guy whos name i do not know.

I did good when i was fightin pitbull. I was ****in extatic! as for marcel I made the bonehead mistake of clinching with him, once it hit the floor it was all his.

Shrimp was a cool challenge cause i have never had anyone run from me before so i didn't know what to expect and took a couple kicks for it.

the other guy, took me down after a short exchange. he just had a really deep shot and by then i was tired.

I'm totaly stoked!!!

I hear once of the coaches was talkin about me and when he was told i only have about 8 months trainin he was very impressed. but lets not get my hopes up.

i just got back from NHB trainin.

anyway i was sparring hard.

I was tearing people up with my MT skills!

I was sooooo stoked!

Liborio was like "your goin in and you better **** **** up i knwo you can do it. get ****ing mad!"

I just closed my eyes and got focused for a second.

Man i came in blazing! i was hittin him with lefts rights hooks followin up with thigh kicks and body kicks. he clinches and i ****in ROCKET mad knees to the body he tried to break off and throw some blows and cought a hard roundhouse to the stomach for it

then more of me hitting him.

i would kick him in the thigh and watch his leg twist and imediately throw a R kick to the body. i hit that dude alot!

then i got in awith a wrestler. same start as the first guy. lots of me hitting them and kicking them. unfortunately he cought one of my kicks and i jumped guard.

i quickly got and over hok securing his are and he kept bringgin down the shoulder. ( i dunno if this has ever happened to you but its quite distracting!) after some work i manuver my leg and as i'm about to close the tirangle time is called.

this all went down in 2 min.

I wish i had more time in the ring

then again i didn't.

next time i want better results on my part.

trained hard this mornin

3 plyo circuits 2 x 5 min 1 x 10 min

MUAY THAI!!!!
light contact sparring with Shark. Coach says i "dominated and destroyed" and that I took him "to school" I did not agree since he hit me twice.

then hardcore bursting drills. I did 4 rounds and tried to pus hat 300% in the last 30 seconds. It was super hard work.

then situps and pushups.

coach then pulled me off to the side and was talkin about makin up a gimmic and tryin to cater to the jewish communities etc... you know try to get me a following.

Carlao already calls me "The Hebrew Hammer" I'm nto a religious man but the name is cool and i hit hard so i guess it works.
