This is very early production,it's showing what they are trying to accomplish with Fight Night Round 4. The game will be out in spring of 2009.:boxing:
FINALLY, reach is a factor and some level of inside fighting.
I still need a good career mode.
Amir K Shareef 09-12-2008, 06:36 PM Cant wait..
Fairweather 09-14-2008, 06:24 AM Looks impressive. Will it goes past Victorious Boxers?

Hope EA decides to release a finished product this time. Also they should scrap and revamp the whole training aspect and AI and collision detection and animation and....no Burger King this time.
:lol1:
POETICDRINK2U 09-14-2008, 07:30 AM This is a whole new team working on this Fight Night. The guy working on it actually trains and box some. He's very active in the forums(not this one)
I really hope they keep SRR in this game! I hope they don't neglect the old timers.

Me too. I like matching the old timers verse the current boxers. I can't understand why some of the so-called boxing fans don't want them.
KESSLER 09-14-2008, 10:12 AM Aslong as there is analog controls and not buttons like in Prizefighter.
-Hyperion- 09-14-2008, 11:58 AM somebody should just rip off the victorious boxers(vixtorious spirits-psp preferably) engine and revamp the blocking....thats all i need...., still looks good, cant wait!!!
King Koopa 09-14-2008, 03:17 PM Holy ****...
Texanballer 09-14-2008, 07:43 PM Am i the only one who thinks those graphics are ****? Looks like play station 1.

Wow! that's the only thing you saw in an early production demo? I see you are more of a graphics person than a gameplay. Fight Night Round 3 spoiled you with graphics and forgot about good gameplay and a deep career. I hate when people complain just to complain. If those was the graphics(which they are not!) and they had good gameplay I would be satisfied.:poke: Everyone loves Victorious Boxer it's gameplay is pretty good, but it's graphic are ok
Fairweather 09-15-2008, 10:01 AM Can't even tell properly from the video about the graphics. Would like the animation to be bit better though.
Mayfeather 09-15-2008, 11:23 AM I cant wait for this game, my mate just ripped me a copy of prizefighter so going to give that a play tomorrow probably
FrankJack 09-15-2008, 05:48 PM Looks interesting, can't wait for it to drop. I really hope that they can give a great boxing game. The best simulation that I've played is still Victorious Boxers, thus far. But I like the progress that's being made.
POETICDRINK2U 09-15-2008, 05:58 PM Why don't you guys go to the site were the producer is very interactive with the fans.

It looks great, the one problem I noticed is when Ali throws a right hook his left hand goes away from his face, realistiacally it would be tucked in to the body or close to the head. I know that with this gen of consoles you can put as many fighters as you want but I'm afraid the cost of licensing fighters like Tyson, Floyd, Ali, Lewis will be to much so that they will not be able to pay to license older fighters like Robinson, Hagler, Hearns, Saddler, Pep, Armstrong etc.
POETICDRINK2U 09-20-2008, 03:05 PM You know most of Ali defense laid more into his head movement and leaning away? Mamy times when Ali threw his jab he didn't keep his other hand up. It really depended on who he was fighting too.
RiZo is Gay 09-29-2008, 07:25 PM Looks great really looking forward to it,
i really enjoyed FN3 but i do agree that the career mode was abit ****.
Has the fighters been announed yet?
Would if someone like naseem hamed was in it, be good fun to box as him
Macho Madness 09-30-2008, 04:27 AM fn 3 was way to easy and the AI was terrible
especially with guys like roy jones, they just kept comin forward
