I didn't read the entire thread and I probably should but I just want to make this comment. As someone living in the United States I agree with many statements Hockey put forth. Americans are far too ignorant to be so arrogant. Our country IS messy and I dislike drinking soda unless it's douched with alcohol. But I disagree with the statement in regarding to the economy. I'm sure Bush made some stupid mistakes just like every president or human beings for that matter. But like almost everything else, economy rises and falls. It was pretty high before Bush and it is low now, and chances are it will rise again. That's just how it is. You get sick, you eventually get better. Maybe Bush helped made it worse but the economy would've been bad sometimes anyway. It's called regression to the mean.

Personally, I love people, I don't care what color, what nationality, whether they are heavy, skinny, considered beautiful, considered an eye sore, whatever.
