View Full Version : Lister vs. Horn Dec 6 KOTC
Abu Dhabi Champion and Inoki look alike Dean Lister will defend his KOTC LHW title on December 6th against Jeremy Horn. This is sure to be a great fight, and Lister's biggest MMA test to date. The winner of this fight definitely deserves a shot in the one of the big two shows. Can't wait for this one to go down.
Curly Howard 09-29-2003, 01:47 PM Should be a great ground fight. They've both been on a winning streak lately.
mmafanman 09-29-2003, 03:42 PM Holy Christ! That's a ****ing great match...two guys with awesome ground skills...edge on the feet goes to Horn, but Lister's a better BJJ guy. Tough call!
realkaps 09-29-2003, 04:48 PM Nice! This will be a great fight, I cant wait!
The Golden Bear 09-29-2003, 07:22 PM lister all the way

NO WRONG! YOU SUCK!!!!!!! Horn is 0-1-1 in his last 2 matches. That is a winless streak. LOSER!
realkaps 09-29-2003, 08:05 PM Horn just beat 3 guys in a tourny to lose to Babalu in the final, so you are WRONG Mr. Hockeyfighter.....
DragonZero 09-29-2003, 08:16 PM well to be technical horn isn't on a winning strwak he lost his last match but he did do well at ifc so i say it will be a good match
HockeyFighter 09-29-2003, 09:54 PM You are all wrong. Horn fought like yesterday. It was a draw. Combine that with his loss to Babalu and he is on a winless streak. No wins in 2 fights = winless steak.
Curly Howard 09-29-2003, 09:55 PM you know better HF
Tanner Rhoden 09-30-2003, 12:01 PM Hockey fights like my mom.
Tanner Rhoden 09-30-2003, 12:59 PM Horn did fight to a draw last night against James Zikic.
Hockey still fights like my mom.
DOGGx0 10-01-2003, 01:40 AM Lister.
If none of you noticed... he was at the last UFC, walking out with Tito Ortiz and Fabiano Iha. He was also shown at the former Punishment gym training with Fabiano and Tito on the Jay Leno Show.
This might lead you to believe that he has been training with them. Maybe not. He is obviously hanging out with the right guys to train with.
All i know is that he will win. That is all. I will sign no more autographs. Good day.
The Golden Bear 10-01-2003, 01:53 AM To be honest i dont think he is traininbg with Iha. Maybe with Tito, but mos def not Iha.
realkaps 10-01-2003, 09:57 AM Lister trains at City Boxing in San Diego, his Jujitsu teacher is Fabio Santos. There is a good story about him at ADCC in the new fightsport magazine......
Tanner Rhoden 10-01-2003, 11:31 AM There is no need for him to train with Iha. He's already better than him with submissions and he's much larger.
Training with Tito would help him a lot........and with Colin Oyama.

He's not with Santos anymore.
realkaps 10-01-2003, 01:53 PM Lister is probably better than Iha, I didnt know who he was with, they just mentioned Santos in FightSport.....
I hope its Horn but I think Lister may take this one.
Fallout 10-01-2003, 10:45 PM I have no interest in seeing Jeremy Horn fight anymore. He just doesn't spark my interest
Lister by sub. And Tanner's right, he doesn't need Iha or any other sub trainer, he needs Oyama, Tito and Rampage.
