Whats up guys, OK so every time a guy tries to punch me i instantly blink my ass off and i cant stop no matter what I try. Is there any way to make me stop blinking? it makes me loose sight of my opponents punches and I get hit more because of it.

It's just one of those things you get over, the less you think about that the quicker it will go. Most people have this problem when they start, don't stress about it.

yep, it goes away on it's own! it's not anything to be ashamed of, it's a reflex you have for a good reason.
