Anyone have any good recipes? It's hard to eat right & enjoy it at the same time (for me at least). I have the same meal EVERY day and I need to make something new.

Everyday after working out/running I boil 1 chicken breast, put a little seasoning on it & bake it at 350 for 25 mins. I boil some brown rice and chop up 1/4 onion and heat over a low flame with a little soy sauce.
I mix it all together with a little soy sauce or worchester sauce and call it a meal.

Aside from that I eat regular cereal in the morning & usually fruit or something later in the day. I also have a protein shake mixed in there after working out.

I love these threads, don't have much to contribute but sometimes I'll make thow some chicken or steak in a pan and stir fry it with some bean sprouts, broccoli, bamboo shoots, shit like that and throw in some teriaki, soy and hot souce. serve with brown rice its healthy, easy and tastes good too.
