What kind of fish??

I used to keep african cichlids and south american cichlids. Serious carnage!!! Those are some aggresive ****ing fish. A friend of mine had a fish called a red devil that was so mean it would kill anything entering it's tank and butt it's head against the glass to try to get at you if you got to close.

Sounds scary Blue, I wouldn't want to put my hand in that tank.LOL My hubby caught a small, large mouth bass once and brought it home to put in our 55 gallon tank. It lasted about two years until it choked on talapi fish that we would feed it. It was a pig.

i got one of those red fish that like to fight. he's in a vase that has a plant on the top. it's purty cool i guess

The red devil would bite you every time you stuck your fingers in the tank. Didn't hurt too much but it was kind of scary because of the speed and bad intentions of the attack. Once I put a pike in with cichlids expecting a quick and brutal massacre but he held his own even though he got beat up alot and then started growing really fast. One day he charged one of the africans and tried to eat the lil bastard, only his tail was sticking out of his mouth when my girlfriend at the time started screaming her head off " Make it stop! " I wasn't sure what to do sso I just watched as the tail disappeared down the pikes gullet. Eventually I found the pike dried up and dead on the carpet he jumped out of the tank and commited suicide. I guess he just wasn't happy, but I had no idea how bad his depression had gotten.

I love these guys. I had one for 2 years. He would let me pet him and if I ignored him when I came home he would slap his tail against the lid until I talked to him. He ate gold fish and craw fish.

Oscars!! We had a couple of those in AZ. We gave them away when we moved to CA. I would put the baby in front of the tank to calm him down.....too bad that doesn't work now....LOL

Mine was almost 18" when it died. I'm going to get another after we move out of the apt.
