I'm hoping Remy utilizes his kicks a lot in his match against Sapp. He plain and simply won't win with his hands. Stay AWAY from Saps hands, and kick the **** out of his legs.

Carter Williams is on a roll. I never thought he would beat Rufus or McDonald.

Dewey Cooper clearly beat him and he was given the decision. Personally, I would've love to see Mc Donald there instead of Williams.

Botha is going to get killed. He is a scrub boxer. Does that count as fighter bashing?

[October 05, 2003] [October 7] With LeBanner out, Cyril Abidi has been moved to the spot opposite Francois Botha in the Osaka Final Elimination Tournament . K-1 also announced today that Oceania GP 2003 Champion Peter Graham will be participating in the tournament. K-1 hopes to make official the revised Osaka matchups in the next day or so.

Mr. Beelzebub

-Since Jerome LeBanner is injured, Cyril Adibi was pulled out of his scheduled fight with Ernesto Hoost, and now Cyril Adibi will be the one going up against Frans Botha.

-This left Ernesto Hoost without an opponent, so K-1 called in Peter Graham to step up at the last minute and fight Hoost. Peter Graham has a 9-3 record in K-1, including decision victories in 2001 against Jan "The Giant" Nortje and Mark Hunt (who would later go on to win the 2001 K-1 World Grand Prix).

-Also, the fight previously listed as Peter Aerts vs. Jerrel Venetiaan is now listed as Peter Aerts vs. TBA. It is not known why Venetiaan has apparently been pulled from the event, but it is worth pointing out that Venetiaan did fail a K-1 drug test earlier this year and was suspended for a period of time. Certainly another failed drug test would result in Venetiaan being pulled from this card as well, but it's not yet known if that is the case.

- Francois Botha vs. Cyril Abidi
- Peter Graham vs. Ernesto Hoost
- Bob Sapp vs. Remy Bonjasky
- Alexey Ignashov vs. Mike Bernardo
- Francisco Filho vs. Stefan Leko
- Ray Sefo vs. Carter Williams
- Peter Aerts vs. TBA
