I now have support in my quest to lose weight and get in shape. My dad is finally taking his weight problem seriously. The doc said lose weight and he came home and asked me to clean out his room of all the junk food he has stashed in there. He grew up in a bakery owned by my grandfather. They would eat stale cake if they had no money, so he has some bad eating habits. He even said no more soda!! That is going to give my hubby a heart attack. I gave up sodas along time ago. Now all I need to do is get Dad to eat veggies and I will feel like he really means it. I'm soooo happy!! My dad is a cool dude. I want him around. :)
