wow, good question i have tons ....i think the one that stands out the most was the race between mark mcgwire and sammy sosa for the homerun record that was pretty historical

1988 World Series, Game 1, Bottom of the Ninth, an injured Kirk Gibson hits a pinch-hit, two-run home run against baseball's best reliever at the time, Dennis Eckersley, to put the Dodgers up 1-0 in the series. ****ing awesome moment.
