Where has this guy been?

This guy showed lots of potential to be one of the major players in the Heavyweight MMA scene, at one spell i thought he could of been the man to one day take over from Fedor. Then he lost 2 in a row and just seemed to fade away.

I also thought he was really promising after seeing his fight with Semmy Schilt and Ninja Rua. But man, once a fighter loses to Allistair Overeem, they fade into oblivion.

I don't know, hopefully Affliction picks him up. Really entertaining.

Kharitonov still has the ability to be one of the best heavyweights in the world. He took Nogueira to a close decision when he was only 23. In the Overeem fight he dislocated his shoulder in the takedown, it wasn't a fair account of his talents, and he avenged that loss pretty brutally last year.

Yeah he's big and has a great stand up attack.

But that's about all anyone knows at this point.
