I burned 500 calories on the bike tonight.. took me 45 minutes.. then i stretched, then ran for 30 minutes on the treadmill.. then sat in the sauna for 15 minutes.. im ****ing dead.
Now I'm listening to ****ing "Boogie Night's" on the radio.. (They play a lot of disco throughout the night), and sipp'n on a **** LOAD of water. How you all doin tonight?

i"m currently icing my shoulder after back to back training consisting of
2 hours NHB
2 hours Muay Thai
1 hour No Gi Submission Wresting
Light weight high rep tri's,shoulders, chest work out

thanks Curly, after 2 weeks off with my shoulder i weighed myself and was 8 lbs heavier, i'm commin back with a vengence baby!
