Since it got to about 40 degrees as a high for today, I wore insulated Danner boots, jeans, black turtleneck, blue down vest, thermal headband, Base Camp hat, Patagonia gloves, and an LL Bean waterproof jacket. (i work outdoors all day long).

And to think that I'm still COLD! It blows when your core temp drops and doesn't recover (just got out of a 40 min HOT shower). It only took a few minutes to strip off the layers. In Montana, the weather extremes are insane up here at 4600 feet, when the snow level today was at 5000. And I don't own a watch, but I did finally get around to investing in some lovely items from Victoria's Secret...:noangel:

It would be perfect minus about 2 million people!! Damn, did Sacto goto hell in the overpopulation department. That was a sound shock to behold after being gone for 7 years.
