Thanks brotha!

This weekend I fought 3 matches again. I won my first match by armbar, 2nd by rear naked choke, and 3rd by rear naked choke!

Next weekend I'll hopefully be competing in the Delaware state BJJ tournament! Gi and No-gi!!!!! Wish me luck!

I wish you the best! I know you will do well, win or lose. Its obvious that you've got mad talent! For the Deleware State BJJ tourney... are you planning to do Gi or no Gi?

I'll be doing both I think. I'll probably do better in no-gi, but I want to improve my Gi game as much as possible. Hopefully I'll bring home a trophy... maybe even 2!

Thanks for the plug on my instructors site... if anyone lives in or around new jersey, check out our school! www.armlock.com

Black belt Lou Vintaloro is an awesome instructor. He is a black belt under Royler Gracie, who comes by a few times a year and does seminars!

James did great. His top game is tight, strong and fast. He got the takedown in all matches. I dont know how his bottom game is being he didnt fight from his back at all. Great Job! Now work on that Gi game boy!

Guys, watch out for an up and coming guy.... he's only been training for 4 months but his record in Sub Grappling is already a HUGE 9-0. My training partner and friend Jason Hayes. He won the beginner division this weekend at 150-159.9 lbs. Watch out for this guy in the future!!!!!! Oh yea I forgot to mention... he choked out his first opponent... the guy wouldn't tap so he went OUT COLD. It was awesome.
