Ok first ill say, i very rarely drink as im normally too focused on my training, only at very very special events do i ever touch the stuff. Yesterday i got my A level results which meant i was going to university, so naturally i wanted to celebrate, went to a few clubs with loads of friends, had a few too many beers and feel very very bad today! Wise idea to just go train through it? What do you guys do? This is why i dont drink haha

I wouldn't do it. Your body is dehydrated and if your going to be doing any cardio I would definately wait till you can get a ton of water in you and start feeling decent.
