What is that thing for? Head protection?

I've used it before at the gym and I've had no problems with it whatsoever. It's a good, solid groin protector. Not really pricey either.

My gym has it, its a good price, and you can't complain at all I like it, I think I might buy this one as well thanks for the link.

ive used it and its pretty good. one of the pros at our gym uses it all the time.
