Hi, I'm 15, and I'm going to box when school starts, so around 15 september but i want to do some exercices so i get in shape, i have been doing these exercices for 5 days now, and i want to know if it is quite good or if there is something i could add ( note, i got nothing of equipment except 16 oz gloves ).

5x 1 minute rope jump with 1 minute pause between
5x 1 minute push-ups with 2 minutes pause between
3x 2 minutes crunches with 2 minutes pause between
3x 1 minute push-ups with 2 minutes pause between
2x 1 minute rope jump with 1 minute pause between

Yeah its allright. Just be sure to increase the amount you do of each exercise, and decrease the amount of pauses as you carry on. Throw in some pullups, dips, non-weighted squats, burpees, and running. You'll be allright.
