It is ****ed........ I'm not joking ither. Take it back the shop and change it. A tip is copy all your saved data on the a usb before hand so you don't loss all you saved games.

I hoped you purchased the warranty with it. I got mine from Target and purchased the 3 yr warranty plan for an additional $50. It was well worth it, but I have not had to use it.

You don't need a warranty, i've taken **** back without warrantys. If there piece of crap product breaks on you, then they refund you a whole new system. Btw, you should of got a hacked or modded xbox360, then you don't even have to spend money on video games and 360 and PS3 have like the same damn graphics in my opinion.

LOL, 360 and PS3 failure rates are not comparable. Not that some PS3's dont fail but it has usually been within engineering tolerances ~3%. As opposed to 360's ~32%. I've had 2 owned 2 xboxes and each has broken multiple times. One is currently in the corner broken but I dont feel like paying $105 to repair it since I have one working.

Xbox has some nice things that it does better than Sony but Hardware engineering is not one of them.

I must be lucky. I own 2 xbox360's and neither are broken, one is hacked and the other one isn't. I got my first xbox360 int he year 2006, and the hacked one I got in 2008. Very recently and both play fine, though the xbox360 hardware does scare me at times because on both systems it sounds like the disc struggles to read the discs and thats for the legit console thats not even hacked... hmmm... Were the 360 made to break?
