When you guys spar do you use lace-up or hook and loop gloves?

personally hook and loop but a lot of people prefer lace up

yeah they say lace up give you more wrist protection but they are a pain in the ass cause you have to have someone lace em up and down when you are done. competition yeah but sparring I am not sure.

lace up all the way! If you go to a gym, its no problem with the lace up. But if you workout alone at home then your almost forced to get the hook and loop. Personally I think the hook and look does not give as good of protection and comfort and snugness

Velcro ones because they a fastest to put on.

I see it's a matter of personal preference I personally have not use any lace up gloves and I don't know that my gym has any. If I were to get a pair I don't feel it would be a waste, based on what I have heard.

velcros faster to put on but lace up offers better wrist protection imo. my ringside imfs are velcro and my grant pros are laceup. both gloves are great though
