Is there anything you would say I should definitely be doing for my fight on the 23rd?

I don't at the moment have a trainer since the sunshine state games... I've gotten back to my running habits and can do 8 miles again without stopping..

But anyway thats not the point.. I wanted to see what Should I definitely be doing in my next fight to show improvement from my previous fights...

I could just go out and win.. but myorga does that too...

Is there anything I should be looking to impose to show my improvement from previous fights?

head movement and more lateral movement are 2 things I have been pressing on.

What else could I do?

Look I'm asking a serious question.. if ya just wanna bash me save it for my next video or sumthin..or pm me with it .. aight peace.

Just incase you never saw me fight before.

you've got a good straight right so i'd tell you to work that in behind a jab or a double jab. with your hooks, i'd tell you to put more emphasis on twisting with your torso than swinging with your arms to put more power on your punches. also you were a little to flat footed on your back foot for my taste but thats not a big deal. your footwork was a little jerky so i'd work on that and head movement. and just relax a little more, you'll find your defense improves imensley and putting punches together will come a little more naturally.

Be more aggressive, go forward. Don't circle to your left when you jab (he's getting away from your right, and you're walking into his). Get your weight more on your front foot (that gets your chin down, and enables you to utilize your punching power, which you aren't getting enough out of in that vid), and again, come forward so you can make use of your strength(s) and power.

If you notice, in the fight you posted, you don't look anything like the fighter you are in sparring, and that is the fighter you want to be. Good luck man. :)

weight on ya front foot more and maybe more aggression, you are a very strong guy especially for your size so you need to impose that

and as punchdrunk said dont circle left when jabbing, its called lead foot drift and its very readable, that is if you are fighting an orthodox guy, if you are fighting a southpaw you can do it

Straighter punches, tighter hook, you're the guy with stamina and skills you should be backing his ass up and crowding him. Take it all with a grain of sand cuz you could probably kick my ass ;) When he's so close your hook should be tighter, it comes into your body at the end and you're almost at risk of elbowing him in the head, that tight ;)

Thanx guys...

Really sucks not having a trainer when you have fights already lined up.

I just watched that video you posted and its hard to base a whole lot off that cause the guy you were fighting was barely hitting you in the face. But the only advice I would say is the one you already said which is head movement. But again this is based off the one fight I saw.

LOL.... 1000%??... The type of monster I would be is ridiculous.

But seriously..I'm not opposed to that when I make some money If you think I could improve enough to be an career long undefeated pro under you after a time period of training.
