No, I believe Babalu won the decision, but people where saying that horn had a triangle sunk in and the time keep stopped the round before it was over. So Babalu may have tapped or went out if it wasnt stopped short. Thats just what I heard.....

This is a description of the fight from mmaweekly.

Tournament Final:

Renato "Babalu" Sobral (now 21-5 in MMA) defeated Jeremy Horn (64-12-5) by unanimous decision

Babalu controlled most of the first round with some good ground-and-pound, but Horn also had some good submission attempts including a triangle choke that almost finished the fight. The second round was almost the exact same thing, with Babalu putting in some good ground-and-pound offense and Horn almost finishing the fight with a triangle choke. The triangle choke in the second round was actually applied by Horn even tighter when he turned it into a reverse triangle choke, but Babalu managed to hang on until the end of the second round.

The third round featured more ground-and-pound from Babalu. Then, during a transition sequence the fighters were in a scramble to get better positioning and/or get back to their feet. It was during this transition sequence that Horn hit Babalu with a knee to the head that was ruled to be illegal, but was also clearly accidental. Horn was not penalized on the judges' scorecards, and Babalu had to be ready to continue within five minutes or the fight would be declared a no-contest.

Babalu was able to continue and fought it out with more ground-and-pound until the final bell rang to signify the end of round three and the fight. All three judges had the fight scored 29-28 on the scorecard with the winner being Babalu by unanimous decision. Babalu wins the tournament after an incredible night of action!

After Filho pulled out, I picked Horn to win it all. I guess I was wrong.

I haven't seen any video on this yet, but from the reviews, I heard it was a damn good show. I don't really know how Babalu could've pulled that win off against Horn. I mean, Horn was fresh coming into the fight and Babalu came off two tough bouts and had a bruised up face. The guy has ****ing heart.

kaps, I've been hearing that too, everyone says there was 8 seconds still left on the official time clock, guess it's to late now, but makes for good controversey, eh?

Babalu impressed the shit out of me. he wnated this too ****ing much, 8 seconds or 80 seconds woud not have made a difference.
