It really depends on how they fit or suit you. To keep things short I always preferred the Basic Asis, they were comforable,durable, and cheap. However if you feel that those nice expensive nikes or jordans are affordable and good for you then by all means get those, I always disliked nike or jordans fro boxing shoes, so I sticked with my asics...:luvbed::boxing:
