and here's why...
this epic waterfall shall calm my scattered brain on a daily basis, therefore reducing stress levels. i'm averaging a 15-25% stress reduction which, if applied correctly, could probably save about one deal per month that i would normally lose due to enraged, stress-induced dip****ism.
1 deal per month averages $1,700 after taxes so this investment should already gain $600 in it's first month! after that it's a $1,700 per month gain. in it's first year my investment will earn a return of around $19,300 at this rate. that's no different then opening a savings account with a 17.55% interest rate!!
last time i checked, savings accounts are offering 1.75%, cd's are at 2.5%, and even stocks are doing ****ty.
