...only works when the election is a big blowout? Already in the U.S. there are fights breaking out at polling booths and all kinds of complaints about the various voting methods being used. Apparently the electronic machines are prone to bugs and are easy to hack. Great.
This is not a knock against the U.S. alone by any means. I'm sure the same sort of thing would happen anywhere else where the election could go down to the wire. It's just frustrating when they tell us that our one vote counts for so much, yet when it comes down to an election where a few votes could make the difference the margin of error damages the credibility of the results so much.
