Hes not very good but you are worse. He most likley will beat you, decisively. Your defensive is non existent you seem unable to throw a straight punch, you are very unfit and you really have way too much to learn. Having said that, just go in like a lunatic swinging wildly throwing lots of punches and you might get a lucky punch, doesnt matter if you get beat if you show some balls.

join a boxing gym......and as for beating him, he moves his head alot so keep your gloves up throw straight punches and hit him in the body, he wont expect that in a backyard match where both guys just throw haymakers at the head
