Hey guys was wondering if you guys knew any good HIIT excersises that i could do.

Basically I want ones i could do preferably indoors as i'm a bit pressed for time at work and whatnot to continue with my usual routine of long runs, so i need some excersises that i can do for around 20-30 mins (basically while my food is cooking).

I like the look of burpee intervals with shadowboxing, i did 4 rounds and god did i feel it!

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers!!

Do bodyweight training, high reps ,quick recover,or add a weight for better intensity
I sometimes do
20 good press ups, elbows in, arms exactly shoulder width x3 30 seconds rest between sets,no rest onto squats
30 weighted squats ,with a 15kg weight plate x3 30 seconds rest ,straight onto lunges
30 each leg x3 30 second rest between sets, straight onto diamond press ups
15to20 diamond press ups x3 30 second rest between sets, staight onto abs, finish off with ,1 set high rep crunches ,1 set of dolphin x30 ,bench leg raises.I probably would add burpees but they make too much noise,or instead of weighted squats i'd probably do jump squats, for intensity it is probably best high reps quick recover .But don't forget quality is more important than quantity
