That's pretty awesome, Ben. Keep up the good work. I can see a big difference........the funny thing is....the before pic you posted is actually one of the first after pics you posted when you first started losing weight when you were really heavy.

Well Momita what I had been doin was just normal trainin for MMA.

Over the summer I boxed 2 hours in the mornin then did 1 1/2 hours of MMA then 2 hours of Muay Thai then an hour of BJJ/no gi

I did my best to eat high protein low carb but hat didn't work to well over the summer due to lack of healthy food and working alot

I am not on a 6 meal a day diet and doin pretty good, i just have trouble over the weekends cause junk food is readily available.


I want to be under 200 within a month, unfortunately I am currently injured and dunno how long till i'll be back
