The trainer of Danny Williams, Jim McDonnell, has told the UK's Sun Online that he has obtained the secrets to beat Vitali Klitschko. The camp of Williams is pulling out all the stops in order to defeat Vitali Klitschko on December 11th and bring the WBC heavyweight title back to England.

Apparently there is a book which was produced by the Klitschko brothers which gives very detailed information regarding their training methods and mental attuitude, the book is called "The Klitschkos". McDonnell went as far as to translate the entire book from German to English and stated that the book "makes a good read".

McDonnell told Williams that Vitali wrote in the book that he suffers from bad training days and the information seems to have boosted the confidence level of Williams, who suffered from the same mental attitude in several of his camps.

I nominate this for worst post of the new boards. Vitali's top win is over Larry Donald. You can talk about skills all you want, but Vitali has not been given the opportunity to "prove it time and time again." To say so means you don't know what you're talking about. He won a VACANT title bout against a guy planning on retirement before he took a short-notice fight against Wlad and - whoops- whipped his ass so he fought once more so he could pocket 900 large against Vitali. Vitali's last 2 fights were against fat, out of shape men who didn't deserve title shots. His biggest wins of his career are Larry Donald and Herbie Hide.

If he isn't beatable, he hasn't proved it yet. Even his biggest fans on these boards admit he hasn't had a chance to separate himself from the pack.

This website broke the story regarding the missing water bottle prior to the Wladimir-Brewster bout. This site also broke the story regarding the facts that Casinos would not take bets on Vitali-Sanders due to their being such a strong stink of a fix on the Brewster-Wladimir bout. I also wrote the article prior to the Sanders bout stating that the division needs Vitali to keep winning or else it will fall

I thought that the secret was the Vitali has a "stamina problem" because everything he does centers on 3 minutes. If that's the big secret, Williams is going to be in for a big surprise.

WBO Champ Lamon Brewster fights hard - he's just not skilled.
Ruiz fights hard when he's not napping on his opponent - I mean strategically using creative offense.
