I think Toon are a joke and mid table is where they belong. Barcodes belong in supermarkets not the EPL.
As for Wenger, I think it may be true but more likely than not he is simply better at spotting players in development stages as well as managing them into the finished product. He doesn't just spot them, I think he plays a huge role in making them into men too. And I do not mean in that way.
