He was offered them both from O'Sensei Porter who is one of the few 10th degree blackbelts in Judo and hes a 10th degree in something else
And he came by our school to do 2 seminars
He worked with my instructor while he was here and he asked him if he wanted the two belts because he said he was better than most black belts he has ever worked with
