My hatred has nothing to do with the facts. A hard hitter like Lawler could have a chance against Silvas suspect chin......

But that is also if Lawler could weather the storm long enough to land one of those punches.....

Who is to say he wouldnt? I imagin both of them have about the same chance of being KOed in that fight. Lawler would be giving up weight, thats his main disadvantage from what I can think of, besides not knowing how to block leg kicks......

The potential is there. That's undeniable. But you can't say it wouldn't happen because you can't be sure.

Could he? Yes, he has power and if landed *could* ko Silva.

Would he? Most likely not. He has WW power, Silva has LHW power, Silva is bigger, stronger, faster, has better boxing skills, kicks, ground game, just plain better. He could win but it probably wouldn't happen.

i like when robbie said no one could hurt him after the ghosen fight. and then when he said "tell my mom i'm ok" after the spratt fight. robbie sounds like some cali surfer on lean(liquid codeine for all you none southeast texas playas)

unless Robbie transforms into a pudgy Japanese Pro-wrestler or fights his way furiously through a tough bracket to find a fresh Silva at the end this fight will never happen.

Silva would tear Robbie a new one. Robbie vs. Jeremy Jackson would be a more competitive fight for him.

I think if Robbie develops a better defensive game he could be a force to be reckoned with. He throws some bombs, but he has absolutely no defense against leg kicks and such.
