Whats up fellas. Wanted to know some good workout schedules is it better to run in the morning or lift in the morning. Here is a sample of my day.
Morning 7-9am running
Afternoon 4-6 weight lifting
soon after 6-8 boxing
evening is rest
I know that everything is based on my schedule but i wanted to see if i was giving myself the right amount of time between lifting and boxing. So wanted to here some of your workout schedules and advice

So you're saying you do 6 hours of working out a day?
Doesn't really matter when you run; whatever works for you.
A 2 hour run.. **** lol. I train with a european champ and he only runs for about 80minutes a morning max.

why dont u do this
run @ 7 a.m. for 45 mins then walk for 15 mins. Then skip for a hour. Then 4 p.m. lift weights for 45 mins. (I would just do conditioning workouts instead of lifting weights. Here are the workouts i do: http://www.youtube.com/user/817boxing ). then you can box when you get done. Dont 4get to stretch BEFORE and AFTER you run.

I'd do. Wake up-breakfast-computer "cant work otu that quick after eating anyway"-Skip for about15 minutes. Thats alot for me if i do it right, 4 or 5 3 minute rounds on the heavybag. 20 pushups. 2/10 slow. 2x50 situps 15 pull ups. Cough excersise 15 for each leg. bout 50 curls with 5.5 kg. Standing arm spread for 30 seconds with 2.4 kg dumbells. Shower?:D

i doubt you do all that training in one day......and if you did you wouldnt be giving your all, thats a lot of training, something a very experienced professional would be doing.......
i train 3 times per week at the boxing gym (one 90 min fitness session, two 90min sesssions with sparring, bagwork, padwork etc) i run once or maybe twice per week usually (either sprints or long distance) and one training session per week at home where i do something different and fun in training (woodchopping, hitting the heavybag with a baseball bat, game of basketball or footy, bike ride etc...) and one day of rest
