what are your hopes for next season ?

im not expecting Arsenal to win the league cause we have to much rebuilding to do IMO we need a new CB and a CM and a winger and we need Van Perise ,Rosicky to stay fit for more than 2 games , we have lost Flamini ,Gilberto already possibly Ade aswell

i think the best we can hope for is an Fa Cup id settle for that TBH

The triple.
yep the triple at least, haha,
for me Keegan to stay and a top 8 spot.
next season, top 6, then next a top 3.
a cup would be long over due, even the league cup would be acceptable.

Darren Bent steps his game up as I know he can prove to be a good buy (albeit overpriced)
A good UEFA Cup run (quarters, semis)
Top 6 finish (Pompey, Man City, Villa, Everton, maybe Newcastle, the chasing group are growing!)

To finish in the top half of the table. The season after we need to look at the play-offs.

Also, to beat Derby at home and away.......and also to finish above them. Or for them to get relegated would be even better.

My hopes are for our defense to tighten up, get at least another forward in to play with Bent and form a decent partnership. The youngsters to establish themselves and play some really attractive entertaining football.

A top half finish would be nice, top 6 is maybe out of our reach this season IMO. The Premier League is getting stronger and stronger. To have some stability in the team, less injuries and the board to stick with Ramos for at lest 5 years even if we do finish out of the top half this season and next.

If not us, then I would like to see at least one, hopefully two other teams give a real good go at breaking into the top4.

West Brom - Stay up obviously, hoping we play some good football and of course beat villa home and away.

Man United:

League will do, Champions League would be nice, But the Premier League is a minimum..

Carlisle United:

After ****ing up last season, hopefully get in the playoffs again and do us proud..

QPR:

With all the cash injection and new ownership, bad season last year, hopefully a playoff place this year and a decent little cup run.

England:

Who gives a ****?

I think we will close the points gap on the top 2 this season , but think its going to be between Chelsea/ Man U for the leauge. I reckon Liverpool and Arsenal will be fighting over 3rd / 4th. Id predict Liverpool 3rd, Maybe a domestic cup win, and as good a chance as anyone else to go all the way in the Champions Leauge.

If he can stay fit it might happen although he would have to depend on Nando being injured and Adabujo being sold. Well I suppose just like Kaka he won't have to worry about CL football!!

I reckon it will be alot closer this year between big four, with new ssignings coaches and assistants coming in. It alwasy comes down to the Xmas period! normally whoever comes out of there unscathed has a fighting chance. If Rafa can avoid trying to beat up yanks and 6 draws in a row in that period, we will be OK. 18 mill for Masch and 19 for Keane suggests that the problems are behind them for this season. No excuses! We have to win it.

benitez to get a system together that allows both torres and keane to play together and hopefully score alot off goals. to close the points gap on the eventual winners off the league and for not to be ruled out of the title picture come january. a cup is essential this year i recon and we should be there come the business end off the champions league.

hull city
there is a massive buzz in hull at the moment about city and with some good proven players in the shape off boateng geovanni and anthony garnder with some young and hunry players like halmosi and hopefully frazier campbell we have as good as a chance as any1 off the last 5 years retaining the premier league place we rightfully earned last season.
been a realist tho anything other then taking derbys record away from them is a good season for me
