That makes the vote 18-16. And that's before taking into account the fact that p4p got seems to have got the likes of Horus to vote. Or are these guys such regulars in this section that they couldn't miss it?;)

He has been banned from the site on more than one occassion. He has made several racist comments. He has refused to honour bets. The_godslayer is a good poster, so are others that have voted for p4p, but let's not pretend that the vote was fair or stuck to the "no alts" rule, because it clearly did not.
