If Torris boxed smartly the way he did in the second fight with Simon Brown, then i could see him winning a decision and a stoppage wouldn't be out of the question becuase he could seriously punch too, on top of him being the naturally bigger man. It really depends on which Norris shows up. If he traded with Trinidad the way he did with Troy Waters or Simon Brown in the first fight, then he would be quickly knocked out becuase Trinidad would find that chin sooner or later.

Skill wise Norris could have won but he had a terrible chin.
I think Norris would box and build a good lead early since Tito was a slow starter but at some point Tito would start to land.
