I was at boxing practice and i threw a body punch and pushed my body into it and pushed my body farther than my shoulder wanted to go, now i'm in ALOT of pain.

my bicep is a constant state of hurt i feel like there is a big needle goin through the center of my hand and i cannot feel my shoulder.

Ouch that sucks! Be sure to give it a full rest. You don't want it developing into anything more serious.

Yeah, What would we all do if the hand fell off and you died...?
