I just got off being sick for like the past week and half, so i hvnt done anything except stay in bed and sit. before being sick, at pratice i was feeling great and felt like i was progressing. when i returned today halfway through practice while we were doing slipping/combination drills, my lead hand got tired FAST. and the drills i was doing before with ease became hard today, i was very dissapointed. feels like that sickness held me back a month. anybody went through this before?

Yeah man - it sucks. It takes some time for your body to get back into the rhythm of intense physical training after a long lay-off of being sick. Maybe you could try to keep the intensity lower than usual for the first week, and then gradually begin to step it up to how you used to workout before you got sick.
Good luck and be careful not to rush into things. Let your body adapt gradually, and you'll be back to business in no time.
