cibola4 07-22-2008, 02:06 PM ive heard really good things about winning...the only problem is the price.
dfwtx 07-22-2008, 02:40 PM Anyone seen that 300$ Reyes sparring set in the new ringside catalog? If I didn't already have all that i'd buy it in a heartbeat, I want to try some of their gear out.

I havent gotten the catolog yet. Is it on the website?
Stormin' Norman 07-22-2008, 06:50 PM Don't buy adidas gloves. they blow....
I think Grants are better than Everlast, but Winnings are supposed to be the top notch glove...
I like my Grants gloves. I've thrown so many punches and the foam is still the same. Unlike these ****ty adidas gloves I bought. I used only my left for a few months had to recover from some right fist surgery and ...dude, the padding on the adidas glove got all lumped where the knuckles line up on the left glove, ive done the same thing to everlast gloves ****ing the padding up inside...But the grants don't seem to have that problem.
Go with Grant, if youre shopping at walmart/academy etc. if youre a pro fighter I'd go with either Reyes or Winnings but take that with a margarita-sized grain of salt since I only say that based on what I read on the net.

alright thanks.ill check it out
I still like my ringside imf tech 16oz gloves.
IBFHvyWtChamp 07-28-2008, 08:28 PM My training and fight gloves are both Everlast. I had a pair of Grant fight gloves, but my Everlast gloves were more comfortable and perform better in the ring.
I really like the Ringside gloves, especially the international sparring gloves. I'm using Title right now, and they're alright, they get the job done, but I don't think they're that great.
