The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:03 PM 38 bucks. Tom 08-18-2003, 06:06 PM wow, that's a lot of ****ing kcals in that product. I would just eat eat eat. If you are 190 lbs, i would take in about 4000 kcals a day and you should be gaining a good amount of weight. Oh, and make you you get 1.5g-2g per lb of body weight in ya. Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:09 PM how much weight are you wanting to gain? Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:13 PM I added you, Mouse, to my aim list to say dirty things to you and you aren't online. :fu: The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:14 PM I don't know.. I've never tried to gain. My whole life I've been cutting weight and dieting. 190lbs. is a comfortable weight for me to be at and still be solid and toned. But last week I decided that I'm going to try and go up in weight and get a new wieght/muscle growth cycle. ...so we'll see, it should be interesting. Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:16 PM how old are you? The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:19 PM How old are you? ... and where do u live? Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:22 PM hey! I asked first The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:24 PM Gotta play by my rules if you want to play. Biotch!! Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:24 PM **** you slut :devil The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:25 PM You make me so hot. Didn't u see the pix I posted of me like a month ago??? Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:26 PM I wasn't around like a month ago seldomTap 08-18-2003, 06:28 PM You should gain some weight with that, but be careful how much is good weight and how much is bad weight. Another point, your body can only process about 30 gms of protein at a time, 73 is way overboard. You could split the shakes up so you have half, then the other half in about 2 hours or so The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:29 PM ****!!! ... maybe someone on here has them, cuz I don't anymore. Let me see what YOU look like sweetheart, let's cut to the chase.. and where the **** do u live? Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:33 PM no, **** you! I asked first. The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:34 PM This is my chess board sweetheart; I own it, and I make the ****ing rules. Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:35 PM hahaha whatever. The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:37 PM Did I mention your avatar is sexy? I live in Los Angeles... where do you live? If there is, post it, i would like to read it I am just going on what a good mate of mine who is a clinical nutritionist has told me. He advises supplement companies on content. And think about it...most Bodybuilding mags are heavily sponsored or owned by supplement companies...as if they are going to say "Buy our protein powder...half of it is useless to you and will eventually affect your kidneys, but get it in ya anyways!" I swear this is true Tom, I wouldn't post it otherwise The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:46 PM Do I ****ing LOOK like a woman? .. you get a spoon up your butt for that comment. Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:48 PM they are right in that thread, your nick on here is misleading. No you dont look like a woman you look like someone I could imagine tying down and having my way with. hahahhaha :devil The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:48 PM Now post a pic of yourself!!! seldomTap 08-18-2003, 06:50 PM That is ideal Tom, as long as you don't take it in 60 gm bursts! Try getting 235 g a day! Honestly, I would be lucky to get 200... Another thing is that different proteins digest slower or faster thanb others. ie chicken digests slower than powders, but quicker than say protein from a steak. Apparently, this all needs to be considered! Crystalline Dream 08-18-2003, 06:50 PM get on aim and I'll send you one The Mouse 08-18-2003, 06:51 PM God damnit!! my work computer wont let me download AIM!!! Apparently, this all needs to be considered! Ya man. I dont usually take in 1.5g per lb, it's hard to do when you dont have the right foods to eat. WHen i bulk i take in that tho. I plan on going on a bulking cycle in october, prolly get up to 185 lbs. I would like to be a solid 180 lbs. seldomTap 08-18-2003, 06:56 PM If was 180, I would appear anorexic! People are shocked when I tell them I am 235 - 240. Tom 08-18-2003, 06:58 PM I am only 5'9-10' tho. People are kinda surprised when i tell em i only weigh 170 lbs. How tall are you, 6'2? seldomTap 08-18-2003, 06:59 PM 6'1"...I was 6'2", but have shrunk...seriously! handjobs4dollars 08-18-2003, 06:59 PM I'm 255 but some say I'm 279. Tom 08-18-2003, 06:59 PM you are a pretty big dude seldomTap 08-18-2003, 07:03 PM The numbers say that, but ask Jake, Arju or Magic, I don't appear that big! handjobs4dollars 08-18-2003, 07:07 PM I'm not that big. Fury Dragon 08-18-2003, 08:11 PM I'm small as hell, and trying to gain weight. 5'5'' 125 lbs. I was up to 135 but lost it all in a week because of an ear infection. Damn thing. Anyway, that weight gainer 2200 gold is pretty good stuff. Make sure you only drink one shake a day though. People were right when they brought up good and bad weight. I think it's best to use it after you work out, to refill your body with the nutrients you used up in your work out. It's better to take in the necessary amount of calories, protein and carbs in your regular diet without a weight gainer. However it's good for that extra boost if you need it. My major complaint with weight gainer shakes is the price. It gets damned expensive buying that once a month or so. lightweight 08-18-2003, 10:52 PM LOL@this thread. Two completely different coversations going on without a miss in step. I was drinking a protein shake while I read this. Bzob 08-19-2003, 08:28 AM http://www.supplement-warehouse.co.uk/images/celltech.gif Cell-Tech from MuscleTech Cell-Tech was developed by researchers at MuscleTech Reasearch and Development. Cell-Tech is a third generation Creatine supplement that has been scientifically designed to maximize the absorption of creatine into the muscle cells. Another plus abou Cell-Tech is that it has twice as much Creatine per serving as Phospahgen HP. Fury Dragon 08-19-2003, 11:17 AM I was thinking about checking that stuff out. I've heard great reviews from people who have used it. Bzob 08-19-2003, 11:19 AM I was able to gain about 20-25 lbs of lean mass in like 4 months useing cell tech and whey protein. and obviously weight training like a mad man. The Mouse 08-19-2003, 11:21 AM Yesterday I bought both the 2200 Gold wieght gainer, and also a thing of GNC pure creatine. Each shake now is one scoop of each mixed with milk. Had my first shake this morning. Awesome. You're definitely not the first who has made great gains from it. I gotta get some money... Bzob 08-19-2003, 11:31 AM Creatine makes me sweat and just retain water. Say no to creatine! Fury Dragon 08-19-2003, 11:42 AM How much did you pay for Cell-Tech, Bzob? Bzob 08-19-2003, 01:08 PM My cousin works at GNC so I would get it for free or for like 30 bucks. I think it is sold for 79.99. It also has some creatine in it Tom 08-19-2003, 01:09 PM cell tech is way overrated. you can make your own 'cell-tech' a lot cheaper. supplements that are scientifically proven to work are creatine, hmb, glutamine Fury Dragon 08-19-2003, 02:11 PM $79.99? **** that. :cuss: Bluecifer 08-19-2003, 06:18 PM Bacon+Mayo+Butter=weightgain The Mouse 08-19-2003, 06:35 PM 2% Milk will also put a lot of weight on if you drink a lot of it everyday. Fury Dragon 08-19-2003, 08:33 PM I used to drink a **** load of whole milk everyday. I'd even use it with my weight gainer shakes. But drinking so much milk caused me to get congested and led to an ear infection. **** that. |
