Yah im good, pretty bored up here but good,
my ankle still hurts as i cant get proper physio on it until i got enough money to pay the spoilt bastards. Family is good you know the usual family ****....

what you been up to

Just taking care of stuff around my house. Painting and just keeping up on day to day stuff. I'm still looking for work and all that fun stuff. I haven't been training due to a shoulder injury. It's a lot better than it was and I think I'll try to train on it starting next week.
Spending time with Jarrod whenever I can as well. :)

Other than that not much else is going on.
