I just wanted to share with everyone that I made empanadas and they kicked ass, they were soooooooooo yummy...lol

Empanadas are half-moon shaped pies stuffed with different things, that being cheese, chicken, meat, pork etc. They could be either fried or baked and made of corn flour or wheat flour. They are reaaaaalllly good

you know what... I make pasteles and hallacas for Christmas and I actually freeze them and Fed Ex them to my friend in Atlanta over night lol, hey you are in FL you can get empanadas any time...lol but I will try to get some your way lol

Picking up Grant did not happen for me. His flight was delayed and I didn't know that. I ended up asking every tall white male in LAX if they're Grant for about an hour. It wasn't pretty. Kato, you should definitely come over here ASAP.
