Here in NJ there's a huge south american community, so finding spices is not a problem. I love south American(Latin Food in general) food in general, but I have to stay away from it :(

Took the words right out of my mouth. Nothing beats a greasy-ass, sodium-rich burrito from the Taco Truck. But if you're into burritos and you're in the L.A. area, check out Tito's Tacos in Culver City or Grande Burrito in Hollywood. ****ing bomb ass burritos!

damn I was going to make empanadas but I am all out of Harina Pan :( (Corn Flower). Here in Michigan its possible to find certain things, but mainly mexican, well at least its something. I want to open a panaderia here like the ones we have in Venezuela, there are several in Florida too Carlao.

Its called Don Pan, they are owned by a family from Spain that migrated to Venezuela in 1946 and are now all over Florida....I NEED TO GO THERE and have a marroncito, cachito de jamon, and a golfeado. Here are the locations in Florida, I am sooooo wanting to open one here.
