In the current account profile, you can enter some new fake e-mail; that will defacto deactivate your current account, and you won't be able to post under this name, unless of course the new e-mail is real.

Then, to activate a new account, you can enter your current e-mail.

That will give you a new account and a new name, and you won't have to collect the points.
