Anybody know how many calories you burn whilst walking/jogging/running/skipping/sparring??

Just wondered as my weight seems to yo yo and i thought if i can calculate how many i burn, I can regulate how many i intake more sensibly.

That is all.

Whats the question?

To lose weight you need to burn more calories than your consuming vice versa for adding weight.

No, seriously.
Calculating energy expenditure based on calories is folly because everyone's metabolism and work rate is different while doing the very same thing. You can use Google to get a close approximation. It would be wise to do so before posting questions like these anyway.

Here, I helped you out since you seem to miss obvious content in posts. You might want to work on that since this is a written medium.

Good day sir.

Your insolence just further adds to everything I said.
If you had a shred of decency you would be a man and apologize.

If you're that thick, try re-reading the thread carefully.
If you still don't get it, then never mind, I was obviously over reaching.
I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up on a boxing forum. :nonono:

Who is going to benefit from a 12 year old down syndrome lad making lame pwns to grown up people on an internet forum??

Why don't ask your Mum if she can take you to the park and push you on the swings tomorrow. It'll be something for you to look forward to, as you don't have much of a life.

You severely failed son.

I've made no attempt at this "pwns" notion of yours.
It must be the byproduct of your education. ..or lack thereof.
I've been nothing but serious.

There mere fact that you must resort to Ad Hominem attacks proves the utter inadequacy of your position. Translated, that's an epic "fail", to use a term you'll be able to understand without looking things up. I won't stoop to your level, but thanks again for the example.

You know what, I'm truly saddened by the fact that you would make light of a person born with a birth defect just to try and make yourself look like a tough guy on the internet. Do you see the irony in what you did?
