Luckly enough we got someone with heart thats willing to take the stand. He appeared to have the crying look and headed for the door. I came up from behind and helped him see the door a little quicker while walking up Hojak's hallway.

yes i'm fighting if there is a next one and i haven't trained in about 6 months due to my back but i train in boxing ,kickboxing and some bjj hopefully i can start training again after aug19th my doctor is supposed to clear me

nah man, you roll around, you twist your back all the time side to side trying to take advantage of positions. plus if you put in a ****ty position ya you can tap out but its natural to fight it first or at least defend for a bit before you have to stop .... defending always includes using muscles and twisting or changin position somehow... all of which use your back.... im just sayin be really carefull man cause i have a friend with back problems that got better and he made it worse once he started training again.

yah i hear you but the rolling around **** has never really bothered me cause i always stretch alot before and after i train funny thing is though no matter how much i stretch my hamstrings never get too loose so it makes it hard for me too kick extremely high

high kicks are ****ing almost useless unless you are one of the most effective and fastest in the world.... stay with the low **** they cant catch and still break em down with.

just hate to see fellow fighters go down with really really ****ty injuries... especially back cause the back injuries are the worst and very very ongoing

they sure are the worst injuries when i first hurt my back i was bed ridden 4 two months straight i couldn't even get up too piss and about the high kicks i agree that's why i dont use them much but i'll kick like a ****in donkey from the thigh down
